So, what comes next? We’ve got so many amazing photos that we simply cannot wait to share with you.
Wedding Edit collection
Our turnaround time for your full edit collection is 3-4 weeks. Rest assured that we’re taking the time to carefully curate and edit every single image in our signature Evernew style, ensuring that each one captures the beauty and magic of your special day.
As part of your photography package, you can expect to receive anywhere from 400-1200 images, depending on which package you booked. However, we don’t cap the number of photos we deliver based on your package selection. If your package included 600 edited images and we took 834 amazing photos, you can be rest assured that you’ll receive all 834 of them!
We understand that waiting for your photos can be difficult, but we promise that it’ll be worth the wait. We’re so excited to share these memories with you, and we’re confident that you’ll love them as much as we do.
We’d also like to add that we don’t ever watermark your wedding photos, as we said earlier, they’re yours to keep and use freely!
Retouch Collection
Retouching is a critical component of our post-processing work. It helps to refine your favourite images to achieve a polished and professional look. Our team pays special attention to ensure that each image has a clear focus and that all elements within the photo are clean and consistent.
Our general process involves colour correction and editing of all the wedding day images, which will be provided to you as your Wedding Day Collection. From there, you’ll have the opportunity to select the amount of retouched images included in your package from your wedding day collection. The best way to do this is to star your favourite images in ShootProof, the software that we use to deliver your photos. Once you have starred your favourite images, please email your selection to us so that we can get started on the retouching process! Make sure that you make your selections as soon as possible, the turnaround time is 4-6 weeks from when we receive your selection and we’d hate to keep you waiting. The photos that you select will be the images that you’d like us to enhance and retouch further, these will be the best images to use for print or album design purposes.
When selecting your retouch images, please select them carefully. Please only select images that have something that you’d like to be retouched in them – quite often we receive selections that include images of table settings or the cake etc… that don’t have any elements that we can touch up in them. To ensure that you’re getting the most out of your retouched images, select photos where you would like something removed, added or improved.
We take pride in our work and want you to know that we strive for excellence in every image we produce. As a good indicator, all the images featured on our website have been retouched. In the case of portraits, we pay particular attention to the skin, removing any blemishes, enhancing body shape, and making the colours pop. For buildings, we do our best to remove any distracting elements such as exit signs, power cables, sockets, or scuff marks on the walls.
However, we want to be transparent and let you know that certain elements may not be able to be photoshopped or altered in post-processing. This could include people in the background, reflections, head swaps, sky or background removal/swaps, sunflare/lensflare removal, large objects, or complex details that are not editable in order to maintain the original integrity of the image.
Of course there is always the option to purchase more retouched images, we know just how hard it can be to narrow down 1000 or so images to just 50 or so! You can either add retouched images when you do your original selection or further down the track – just send us an email and we’ll be more than happy to help you out! We keep all of your edited images on file forever – so there is no time limit on this.
Album design and selections
We believe that alongside high-quality prints, photo albums are one of the greatest ways to showcase your wedding photos. There’s just something about having a physical album in your hands that allows you to relive the magic and emotion of your special day. It’s a timeless memento that you can hold and treasure for many years to come.
In addition to being a wonderful way to revisit your wedding day memories, photo albums also make for amazing home decor. We offer a variety of different sizes and styles to suit any room or coffee table, so you can display your beautiful images in a way that truly fits your personal style.
We want to ensure that your album is not only beautiful, but also long-lasting. A well-made, high-quality album will last for many lifetimes, just like the photo albums we remember flipping through as children that belonged to our parents and grandparents. The true value of a high-quality album is absolutely priceless, and it’s something that you and your loved ones can cherish for generations.
We take pride in creating albums that will stand the test of time and be treasured by you and your family for years to come. Our team is dedicated to providing you with a beautiful and lasting keepsake that will help you relive the special moments of your wedding day again and again.
There are a few things to keep in mind when selecting your photos for your wedding album. Make sure that these are you absolute favourite images – they will be around long after you are gone so it’s important to be selective and considerate. We also recommend selecting between 40-80 photos for your 20-30 page album, too few images will make the album look sparse and too many, it will look overcrowded. When selecting 40-80 photos, we can show off some creative flair in our album designs and create something that not only holds your closest memories, but is also beautiful to look at. We like to have anywhere from 5-10 photos per 2 page spread to ensure that your album is amazing to look at.
Similar to your retouched images, make sure that you select your album photos as soon as possible, while still being careful and selective. The printing process can take anywhere from 6-8 weeks. Once we receive your selection, we will create an album design for you and send you through your first album proof. From here, feel free to send back any suggestions and changes that you might have and we will update the album. We find that the best way to convey your changes to us is to screenshot the page of the album and use arrows and crosses to show which photos you’d like to move/remove or change. Keep in mind that we do a maximum or 2 changes for your album.
Once again, there are options to upgrade your album, you can increase the size, the amount of pages, covers and you can also add in a protective leather box. We keep all of your photos on file forever, so if you did want to purchase another album down the line, we’re happy to do so!
Highlight Video
Imagine your wedding day as a blockbuster movie, and your highlight video as the epic trailer that captures the romance, emotion, and joy of your love story! Using video and sound clips shot on your wedding day, this video will capture the essence of your day and transform it into something magical that will allow you to relive it over and over again.
Most of our video packages include a video with licensed music and authentic audio recordings from your day. On the day your videographers discreetly mic’d you up throughout to capture your heartfelt emotions during key moments. From the touching readings at the card exchange to the solemn vows at the ceremony, and the heartfelt speeches at the reception. Our team recorded every precious word that reflects your unique love story so that it can be retold through your own words.
Crafting a personalised and enchanting highlight video that tells your unique love story is a meticulous and intricate process that demands time and expertise. Our team of skilled editors invest an average of 2 months to edit and weave together every precious moment of your wedding day into a cinematic masterpiece. We understand the significance of your wedding day and strive to create a video that truly reflects your personality, style, and emotions. To help us in this endeavour, we encourage you to select your own song for the video. This not only gives you the freedom to choose a song that resonates with your love story but also empowers our editors to create a video that is truly authentic and meaningful to you as a couple.

If you wish to choose your own song, please select it from this website and send us the link. While song previews are available without an account, we recommend creating a free account to listen to the tracks in full. We understand that choosing the perfect song can be overwhelming, so feel free to send us a shortlist of your favourite songs from the website, and your assigned editor will make the final call on which one works best for your video. We want your highlight video to be a true reflection of your unique love story, and music is an essential element that can elevate the emotions and memories captured on your special day.
We understand that perfection is a journey, and sometimes it takes a little fine-tuning to achieve it. That’s why we offer you two rounds of minor revisions once you have received your video. These revisions may include changing or removing a shot, altering the placement of a cut, or selecting a different music track. While we have a team of skilled editors who can work wonders with your footage, there are limits to what we can achieve. We are unable to perform any extensive edits, such as removing objects from the footage or enhancing skin and body shape. These types of edits require specialised skills and software that we do not have access to due to the nature of our work. Please also note that any revisions must be requested within 12 months of receiving your video to avoid any delays or additional charges.
Longform Videos
While highlight videos aim to capture the essence of your wedding day in a cinematic and condensed format, long-form videos offer a more comprehensive and documentary-style coverage of your special day. Many of our video packages include a longform version of either your ceremony, reception or both. Not only do these videos allow you to relive the day as if you were there again, but they’re also perfect for sharing with loved ones who couldn’t make it to your wedding. Our long-form videos enable them to experience the joy and magic of your special day from afar.
You will receive your longform video(s) around 1 month after your highlight video as we prioritise providing you with the cinematic version of your wedding day.
Creating a long-form video requires a significant amount of time and effort from our team. Our videographers capture up to five different angles of your ceremony and reception to ensure that no critical moment is missed. It’s then up to our editors to sift through the footage and select the most compelling and engaging shots to create a seamless and captivating documentary video.
We understand that capturing your wedding day in a way that meets your expectations is essential. That’s why we offer two rounds of changes to the long-form edits, just like our highlight video package. You can request changes such as moving, swapping, or removing shots or updating the music to ensure that your long-form video reflects your vision for your special day. However, please note that our scope of changes is limited to these minor revisions. To ensure that we meet your expectations, we encourage you to lodge any change requests within 12 months of receiving your long-form video.
